The Noble Queen Foundation

"Empowering Girls One at a Time"

Girl-Led & Girl-Focused

Founded by women who understand the struggles firsthand, our programs are designed by girls, for girls.

Locally Rooted, Globally Aware

We address issues starting from our communities but with a vision that stretches beyond borders.

Comprehensive Approach

Our goal is not just to help girls once, but to equip them for life   mentally, socially, and economically.

Our Story

Founded in 2020, The Noble Queen Foundation is a grassroots, girl-led initiative devoted to empowering girls and young women across communities in Kenya and beyond. Our journey began with a small group of determined girls who believed in a simple idea   that empowered girls lead to stronger communities.

Today, our vision spans beyond our borders   to build a world where girls are dignified, protected, and equipped to reach their full potential. We aim to create sustainable change by addressing the challenges girls face and providing the resources and support they need to thrive.

What We Do

Eradicating Period Poverty

We provide sanitary towels and hygiene kits to girls in need and train communities on menstrual health and rights to reduce stigma and absenteeism.

Menstrual Hygiene Education

We organize school-based and community workshops to educate girls, boys, and caregivers about menstruation and break the silence around it.

Mentorship and Empowerment

Our mentorship sessions focus on education, hygiene, early pregnancies, gender-based violence, financial literacy, and career development.

2020

A group of young women came together in our village to discuss the challenges girls face   from period poverty to dropping out of school. The vision was born: empower girls to live dignified, educated lives.

2021

We launched our first mentorship event in local schools, guiding girls on topics like hygiene, education, and self-esteem. This laid the foundation for our community-based approach.

2022
After seeing the high rate of absenteeism during menstruation, we started distributing free sanitary towels and holding talks on menstrual hygiene and stigma reduction.

2024
The Noble Queen Foundation became a registered non-profit organization, strengthening our operations and governance.
2025

We embraced digital tools to offer virtual training and mentorship, expanding access to girls even in remote areas.
